UPLIFT Vibrational Wellness Center Effective Date: July 19, 2026
We understand that life happens and plans change. To keep our schedule fair for every client and practitioner, we ask that you review and honor the following cancellation, rescheduling, and late-arrival terms. By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
A non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required to reserve your session, plus any applicable credit card or payment processing fees (minimum 5%). This fee holds your appointment time.
Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. As a courtesy, you may reschedule your original session a maximum of 2 times. After the second reschedule, the $150 booking fee (including any processing fees) is forfeited.
You will be given a 15-minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, and the $150 booking fee is forfeited.
If you do not attend your scheduled session, the $150 booking fee (including any processing fees) is forfeited in full.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone or email using the details below. Timely notice helps us offer your spot to another client and keeps your booking fee working for you wherever possible.
