Welcome to UPLIFT Vibrational Wellness Center (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, classes, digital content, and any other offerings made available through our site.

By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the site.

1. Use of Website

This website is intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By accessing or using our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or are visiting under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Services Provided

UPLIFT Vibrational Wellness Center provides holistic and integrative wellness services including, but not limited to:

Reiki Healing
Angelic Reiki
Quantum Restorative Hypnotherapy™ (QRHT)
Pranic Healing
Intuitive Life Coaching
Guided Meditation, Breathwork & Sound Healing
Digital journals, toolkits, and guided resources

All services are provided for personal wellness and informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

All appointments must be scheduled through our approved booking system.
Payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
A non-refundable booking fee of $150 applies to sessions, plus any applicable credit card or payment processing fees (minimum 5%).
Accepted payment methods include cash, Zelle, CashApp, Venmo, and credit or debit card.
Fees are listed on the site and are subject to change without notice.
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations require at least 7 days’ notice. The $150 booking fee is non-refundable; amounts paid beyond it are refunded (less processing fees) to your original form of payment.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and is permitted a maximum of 2 times per original session.
A 15-minute grace period applies to your appointment time; arriving later may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee.
No-shows forfeit the $150 booking fee in full.
Digital products are non-refundable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, videos, class materials, and downloadable content — is the property of UPLIFT Vibrational Wellness Center and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful or harmful purposes
Share misleading, abusive, or offensive content
Attempt to hack, interfere with, or disrupt our website or services
Impersonate any person or entity, including our staff or other users

We reserve the right to terminate access or services for any user who violates these Terms.

7. Health Disclaimer

Our services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Please consult your doctor or mental health professional before starting any energy or integrative healing modality.

You acknowledge that results may vary and that energy healing and integrative services are based on complementary and alternative wellness principles.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UPLIFT Vibrational Wellness Center and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services or website content. Use of this website and our services is at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of our services or products will first be addressed through good-faith mediation before either party pursues legal action.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
